No Basic welfare facility for Staffs and workmen . No PPE for Staffs .You have to purchase on your own. Not doing A/c service for Staff Container. Poor Environment and worst culture

Hr policies is ok (mostly policies are employee favour).. Job security.. Salary is on time...

1) working is 24*7 as other companies. 2) No facility to site employee like, vehicle, food and accommodation.

Salary on time , salary increment every year , good pay scale compared to other construction company

Work life balance is poor , on sap record company showing 9 hours shift but daily more than 12 hours you have to work at site , management policies is too good but site project director like k ramesh ( chennai metro ) total changed it and control management and make policies too much poor for employees

1. Work Life Balance 2. Restrict Punch In time 3. Limited fixed time for tea, lunch etc. and will be monitored for every activity by admin team. 4. No limitation of works. Free Advice: If you are in design and don't want to learn core design aspect, come here and prepare for other examination.

Likes

Tata is a huge group, overall system is amazing. Salary etc comes much before the time. Job security is good and company provide lot of opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge. In fact there is separate team in Learning and Development section for the same.

Dislikes

Site work culture is driven by PM/PD Working hours is 11-12Hrs/Day Sundays are periodically working Holidays are mostly working Work/family life balance is difficult Site job is changing in 1-2 years so it is painful to move location by location with family and specially when you are having school going kids.
