They pay salary every month. I think that's the only good thing I can think of.

-VARIABLE PAY FOR THE YEAR IS PAID IN AUGUST. THEY BROUGHT A NEW POLICY WHICH SAYS VP IS PAID ONLY IF A PERSON IS ON PAYROLL ON THE SALARY DAY OF AUGUST. SO YOU MUST CAREFULLY PLAN YOUR SWITCH. - hike is only given when you join the company. year on year hike is 5-7% - people are hired without telling them work would be at a client location. - march to march is a the hike cycle. Hike is given in August. - Managers completely forget you after sending you to client. End of the year they will come up with your performance has not been good and resuce ratings. - HR teams are a joke. They don't respond to any teams message or mails. They are just in company to create rangoli and pookalam.

Senior employees compensation and appraisal is too low. After 4 years of working my salary increased very little which is already disappointing insult to injury they are hiring new GETs from my same college at higher salary than my current salary. Feel like I have wasted my time and talent for company that treats thier employees as disposable.

1.Its a core Engineering Service company where often offer small increments, sometimes they give u short onsite stints. Mainly Salary hikes are minimal, and performance ratings can suffer due to approval barriers. Client escalations can outweigh past appreciation. Limited pay and little recognition create dissatisfaction among most of the employees those staying here from last 5-12years or more. 2.You will find favoritism in many place started from your own group or any form of unfair treatment in the workplace can have a negative impact on employee morale, job satisfaction, and overall company culture. Companies generally strive to create a fair and inclusive work environment that values employees based on their skills, qualifications, and contributions, rather than personal preferences. 2.While asking about why bad rating then high post holding officials very humble convince you that "Ratings and salary increment and appraisals comes from upper management", so everytime your actual work and reporting manager does not influence much in this process.Wheather you get a good CSR or Employee of the month/quarter. 3.NO INCREAMENT at all for all the years you will be there unless you are general candidate without recommendation may be get upto 7 years to get band change and a hike. 4.These are missing from policies in the name of cost savings now days....(A) companies provide fund for employees for quarterly parties/Get togethers.(B)PERK/Gifts on your birthdays (C)Annual Book/Magazine subscription (D)Subsidy on home loan above L1.2 grade.(E) Mobile phone/Sim for L2 for approval is horrible. 5.NO interdepartmental Job transfers, Technically you need a NOC connect with your manager,which either way a Big NO. 6.Additional leaves are allocated but availing those leaves is like asking for manager's kidney.Its really true.Which feels you like thrown at manufacturing lines to assist daily wage workers. 7.ZERO HR activities at plant locations.They are make happy to High post holding officials. 8.No work from home until you get affected at customer site.Laptops are grabbed by high officials.No cad machine are available.
