Won't say that there job is not secured, but facilty should have been better regarding Salary hikes and and promotion, as we work hard for the targets to be achieved and being dedicated towards the work assigned for us but no ray of hope is there as in today's market the Hike given yearly is not sufficient to meet the needs of day to day necessities.Read More
