...location is terrible. TCL is not able to manage its business in India currently. Various cost cutting measures have been implemented starting from unavailable bathroom tissue papers to travel to achievement incentives, everything you can imagine. Upper management sets unrealistic expectations/targets and expects to achieve it. No marketing budget, no expenditure on promoting its product line-up, cannot understand how customers will be aware. Products is good, service is not up to the mark, but it is getting better.

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling.company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Its an good company to work and if you are be passonate about the role you are handing then TCL is the place to show your pottentiality. Always there are somthing new is happening so every day employee get motivated.

I think salary should be up to the mark. Branch office and warehouse in every region

...ut I just love the way management moving towards. Incentive is too impressive...Salary on Time, ownership, reliability.

Nothing but , I think to improve workers (op's) job security facility.it will gives workers are more trust among working in the company . The company reputation also increases.
