...lds in front of everyone no professionalism. Never join the citi bank project 3. During FFS they have deducted my entire salary reason is health insurance. Full year payment they have taken, if there is a policy how will I know, did anyone explain during separation meeting or sent a document or mail nothing. 4. I had asked for early realise during notice period. I was ready for buy out and I was released from project as well but HR and project many dint approve. Because there is 9 days strict notice period policy. In the same policy document there is option for buy out even after mentioning that they ignored. All the policy are there which are favours management.

Bit job security and if you want to continue without any improvement then it's good.

Very less opportunity to grow, your skillset and salary will be stuck as soon as join this company. No rewards / appreciation or recognition for good work.No motivation at all.
