The status, being a part of Tata company and job security was the only good part I can remember

Dislikes

...they will help you with nothing. No Appraisal or appreciation for young talents. Salary hike is literally so bad, there will no zeal left in you to work hard. Buttering your manager is considered the only option to get promotion in the company and it's a fact. And if you are genuinely hardworking you might get Appraisal but after many many years.

Likes

The company is good. There is job security. But there is no growth and promotion. Salary is very less.

Dislikes

Like I mentioned, salary is very less. It's more of adda culture in Kolkata. Full of unprofessional people and management. Fixed shift and 5 days work from home.

The think which I like was job security. And the shoe polish machine which they have in the floor. And the RMG if the project gets ramp down you serven bench untill you get in to the another project.

Dislikes

...n the coffee machine. They shift allowance for two week buy changing the shifts. And this year so many employees had given D in there ratings D means your salary will be reduced not minimal amount the reduce upto 15 - 20% and the sad thing is even if you performed well and got A rating you will get only 6 % incriment It seems worst in TCS. Poor restroom maintenance.

To be honest only thing i liked was the connection they had with goldman sachs. I was able to to learn a lot from the goldman sachs project and could use as an experience to move to a better company they didn’t have anymore of such deals with clients as the people they select is of such low quality they stopped receiving good projects from goldman causing to have bad reputation.

Dislikes

If you are a fresher who is looking to start somewhere and don't plan to leave until you die this is the place for you job security is there and will get max 4% increase on salary. If you want low salary this is the place 13k and 2k allowances will be offered to fresher in BPO don't expect anything more promotion is a promise it can or may not happen and promotion from last 4 years are pending after I checked with few of my managers who were close with me. Majority of people who join wont get said CTC as they add certain clause and people who don't read and only look at CTC IDK what to say and at the end of the day if you are happy with the salary you get those people can join others stay away. The management can change policy as they wish so be aware of it. Point to remember Most companies misuse employees by paying Low salary And the salary is in range of 13-18k to compare this data last 15 year’s salary has not grown in any of these company but cost of living ,grocery, fuel expenses has increased this is all due to inflation so this amount of salary in city like Bangalore people will struggle and be depressed at the end of the day. Please Join carefully note BASIC SALARY is important in CTC

Good opportunities and development in career.

Dislikes

Work culture w.r.t to work pressure in different projects/clients. No bonus/proper appraisal benefits. No overtime rule but work is extended beyond office hours.
