This is not for freshers who want to start their career but good for those who want to ends his/her career with a secured job.

Terrible salary structure specially for freshers and horrible promotion and appraisal.

The job sequrity is most high. In pandamic where every company started reducing their employees TCS didn't did so. As an employee of TCS I really felt blessed that time. Thank you so much TCS

The increment is very low. As an BPO employee of TCS I really can't survive with this salary. I'm working here last 7 years and still I'm not getting atlist 30k per month. This makes me very very disappointed

Likes

Work life balance here is good, less work pressure compared to other companies I have worked with. Job security is the best thing here you never worry about layoffs.

Dislikes

...CS is very low compared to other rival companies and same goes for compensation. Salary and increment is amongst the lowest in the industry.
