...d like to say i was with tcs since 2019 but i have wasted my 4.5 years with tcs. One of the worst project and company, there is no life and work balance, i was joined as a Band 2 still i am Band 2, i was joined in package of 4.10 LPA now my package is 5.10 LPA after al most 5 years.

TCS have Full Job security like government jobs. If you want to start your career with the I advice you to join another companys before and get job after experienced bcz experienced salary is good at TCS but fresher salary is average. When employee resigned tcs he will not get hired return at TCS is a strict policy. So when you want to settle you can came to tcs. If you are It background and advanced in coding you can get Ninja it job it has great salary.

While joining as fresher we not get best salary with comparing other It company's. Overall other employee benefits are good compare other company. I advice join TCS after get experienced.

I feel glad to work with TCS and proud to be part of it. It's good to balance the work & routine activities with job security. I appreciate that benifits and safety given by Tcs.

Hike and salary only other all good We are coming from other city to live in Chennai so there are many city experience we are Missing oru family and child but salary is not statisfivation. If they provide experience and other city person some good salary that would be very helpful for us. Thanks
