...d like to say i was with tcs since 2019 but i have wasted my 4.5 years with tcs. One of the worst project and company, there is no life and work balance, i was joined as a Band 2 still i am Band 2, i was joined in package of 4.10 LPA now my package is 5.10 LPA after al most 5 years.

Those who just want to have a job for sale of having job it's good for them or those who wants to retire from the same organisation and it doesn't effect the appraisals

Salary compensation is very bad, hike is very poor, work life balance is not good, the project will force you to put down the papers as they don't lay off people, all supervisor are not supportive at all they mentally harse the employees and do not support them with the situations. As per. The work load compensation is pathetic. If someone want to switch they can't because of the notice period policy and recruiters upfront says they are rejecting the profile as you are not on notice period.

...ll definitely take the life out of you if you go for a 15 mins uninformed break. Officially we log 9 hours shift in timesheet, but we work for 12-15 hours and no one xtra pay for additional hours.

The most happiest thing about working at TCS is work life balance which in today's world is very important for mental stability and happiness which is the ultimate goal for every individual in life.

Salary hikes and promotions are very delayed. Also the salary slab is average this must be increased

...ds to give market correction to your loyal employees. I am working here since 8.3 yrs and I am a A bander employee only ,still my package is very low which is not motivating me to continue relationship with TCS in upcoming year Please consider my request because it's need of an hour.
