Yes, there is a job security as well as good environment. Seniors are supporting as well as friendly. Work pressure is low. You can prepare other things while working.

Learning growth is very slow and technology used by the project is outdated. Salary hike is very slow they are just providing 5 to 7% of hike.

Based on the project the work life balance will be either great or terrible. I got a good project so my work lufe balance was good but may be not for others

The salary and promotion or increment is very poor. People are literally getting 1.1% hike by working their whole year for the company. Terrible

...ey for the current market standard. Even a cleaner nowadays works with Rs. 800 as a daily wage and in tcs even after working for 4 years in hand salary is somewhere around ~30-32k per month am really ashamed of my company now. The CEOs are coming and going and making hikes in crores for themselves , the amount is huge an individual can barely imagine the hikes they are paying to themselves. In a company of ~5lakhs employee there is a huge difference in salary someone is making crores in a month and someone is struggling to make even ~25 k 😂 Let me come to the health security omg it’s nothing just a eye washing thing I believe the premiums are too high if you add your parents in health scheme you will go back to the freshers salary. So it’s a joke and nothing else I believe security is there something which has a strong points. But I have seen that the maximum old employees are useless even they are less interested to know about the upcoming new technologies. I will request them to atleast maintain some work ethics and try to do the management a bit better .

Poor salary, they'll give hikes to people who join from other companies but not to the people who have been working hard for years. Actual Talents leave after few years and those who stay most of them are average on tech. Growth will slow down significantly after 2 yrs. You'll learn politics and how not to work from other senior people Once you resign they will not care about you. You are just a resource for them like other 6L people.
