It all depends on the project you are assigned to. The project i was assigned to had flexibilty of work timings.My Manager did not do micro management and i was handling my task in a excellent way.

Promotions are slow, salary raise is also slow.HR policies should be reconsidered.Rehire policy should be continued.

Salary Hike - There will not be Hike for 1st year even though you have worked full year. Low Hike % even top banding. Some time they will anounce there won't be Hike for entire TCS Opportunities and recognition will be given to the tenured people though they are not having enough skill and knowledge. Managers will not allow you to grow if they are tenured

Everything is to dislike no growth ,no salary hike,an additionally variable component is bit larger an if above C2 you may not receive complete pay additionally release from the project is hard an buy back options for notice period is not available they will make to serve 90 days notice period

1. Salary structure is poor 2. Annual hike is extremely low (6-7% for top performers) 3. Criteria for promotions is flawed and favouritism plays a vital role in promotion rather than skill and work.
