Salary deduction 4 months continously Mental tortured Cab issues shoddy management Then i complained to BHR BHR shouting on me Then I complained via email to higher authorities but no one listened my problems So finally i resigned...🤬🤬🤬

There no appraisal for this year... just for name sake they given rating but till now haven't received any amount of our appraisal.. one of worst work environment they didn't even care about the guys those who are working in client location... my kindly request to my company is treat us like a graduates don't treat like daily labour.

Company always pay salary on time. And the environment is also good.

Partiality between both genders (Male and Female) like. The security guard allows to enter in the company with sleepers/loar for girls but if boy wearing slippers/loar in any condition guard newer allows him. So I don't like this thing of he company it feels like the company rules aare different for both.

...Poor management and leadership skills. 3. 16 hours a day work in the project. 4. Work on the weekends as well if requirements is there without overtime, compensation. 5. If you shut down your machine after your office time they will call you directly into tour personal number. 6. So, any HR reach to you for immediate join just hang up the call, or face the same consequences. 7. It’s ruined my health and overall interests in the IT field.
