Their excuse of "company policy" is a pathetic attempt to cover up their wrongdoings. And those glowing reviews on platforms like Glassdoor? They're all lies orchestrated by the company's core members to deceive potential employees. In summary, this company is a toxic cesspool that thrives on mistreatment and manipulation. Avoid at all costs, unless you're prepared to be a pawn in their game of greed. Trust me !! Dont join !!

.... No transparency with client. Top management is worst. Job security is minimum. They will not pay your PF/required salary even if you worked harder.

1. Unethical Offer Process: Was initially offered 15% hike on my last drawn salary and at the time of joining, HR Francis asked to join on same salary raising budget issue. 2. Unrealistic Workload: Within the first week, I was assigned 5 projects as they were waiting to shift their burden. 3. Too Many Meetings: Expect 9-10 meetings on a daily basis, leaving no time to do actual work. 4. Toxic Work Culture: Meetings during lunch hours, micromanagement, and constant pressure make it mentally exhausting. 5. Leadership & Politics: The Leadership team is more into politics, and busy assigning irrelevant tasks like fancy presentations than actual value creation. A few people name starts with Z, B, etc. 6. No Work Life Balance: The actual official time is 9:30 am to 6:30 pm but my day started at 8:30 am and no indefinite time to sign off for the day. 7. Zero Coordination: Anyone calls you while you're already in a meeting, always raising their issue urgent. 8. High Attrition: Almost 75% of the new joiners start looking out for another opportunity within a few weeks of their joining. 9. Small Premise: The office is tiny. The kitchen is damn small and leadership has separate utensils, creating discrimination among team members. 10. PF Deposits: Either delayed or they don't deposit.

Everything, Unknown Salary deduction, Hr ignores your messages and phone calls, 2-3 Projects handling same time, Management is totally worse, Partiality with juniors and seniors, No appreciation even if you work hard. Freshers please be away from this company they will tied you in employment bond.
