Absolutely zero job security. They are exploring avenues and management is terrible with decisions. My Story: Got placed at Tekion( campus placement) in September 2023 - Internship+ FTE. Internship started in January 2023. Everything was working fine till July 2023 when suddenly management dropped a bombshell where 300 out of 400 interns won't be recruited for FTE as promised. It was devasting for everyone as they haven't searched for other opportunities and College too got completed for campus placements. Most are still searching for other opportunities. PS: they laid off another 300 Full time employees Thease kind of bad management decisions bring bad reputation to the company.Read More
