Worthless manager/ Director like P.Arneja. Director's own concept was not cleared about subject. No help from Manager, toxic work culture. Favourism clearly shown to N.verma. Below work life balance. Variable amount not credited as committed. No job security at all. Minimum Skill development opportunity. Zero work satisfaction.

No Job Security, Worst Company, Organization don't care about employees, only if you compromise the monthly salary means okay, but dont expect anything from this company, they need only work, worst clients are tie uped, don't understand your situations, family, personal life, you need to scarify the personal emotions to work this company. One of the worst MNC company, Branded only MNC, but management like act as local shops. Very worst management. Don't waste your time to join, try some other good MNC companies.

The Management, the HR is bad. The audit team in Kolkata comes intoxicated everyday or is busy in gossiping with girls and they forget to audit the responses. My responses were not audited , and it was the process fault for my negative response, but no auditing was done and I was immediately fired.
