Salary is not upto the mark to my hardwork. Working more than 10hrs. Getting calls after our shift completes. No proper hikes, allowances and they didn't think about their staff needs

TP provides Growth opportunities within organization across India & if someone is willing to make a carrier in this industry, it will help you to grow rapidly. Also, Training programs helps you to learn so may things which will eventually help you to grow in your field further.

Compensation ( for IJP, hike is fixed & also its on your last compensation) so if your starting salary is less you'll end up getting less salary as compared to your peers if you are having same roles and responsibilities

After completing 9 months you can apply for promotions.

...iven preference, No fun Friday hardly in 2 or 3 months we get 1 or 2 fun Friday. Salary is also very less as it's my personal opinion every one deserves more as working for MNc processes.

I feel there’s scope for improvement in salary growth, promotions, and work-life balance. Also, I wish there were more opportunities for skill development and better work satisfaction. But overall, I’ve learned a lot here.
