Nothing to like this shirty company, manager vijay bhaskar gives the higher position tho the one who spends money for him, doesn't care about capabilities, work life is hell, please don't join in this company

Dislikes

Daily labour will get more salary than this company employees, full if politics, asks employee to work in Sunday's, transportation charges will applied, no salary hikes

People are not supportive, not a single person if we have any isse we share with TL and AM they don't listen also company doesn't have system for agent still they are hiring new employees, system, mouse headphones everything is worst here, i am gonna leave this company soon.

...and give you fake promises and then they will not provide the bare minimums. 3.Salary is very low for freshers to experience person. 4.The behaviour is very rude and bad by the the admin ,bhr , trainer and everyone.

Dislikes

Worthless manager/ Director like Pranav Arneja. Director's own concept was not cleared about subject. No help from Manager, toxic work culture. Favourism clearly shown to Nitish Verma, Gaurav Sharma. Below work life balance. Variable amount not credited as committed. No job security at all. Hire & Fire Process is very common. Minimum Skill development opportunity. Zero work satisfaction. Teleperformance agra give some attention to employee benefits you are not providing any cab facility and also the salary is very low, above mentioned facilities are provided by Teleperformance in noida or in ncr than why not in agra, just stop exploiting agra job seekers

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
