    WFH, free insurance upto 2 Lakh, All Fixed salary, Good salary breakup that gives you save more taxes.

    Dislikes

    ...for testing related stuff, the management have a presumption that testing guyz don't deserve more salary. huge appraisal gap between development and testing team. Development team will always get more hikes then testing.
