You will be getting work accordingly to your domain experience. learning opportunities are good here. Manager is very supportive and helpful. If you are a fresher then it's the best place to start your career with.

Sometimes work become hectic and have to stretch the working hours a bit and sometimes have to work on weekends as well.

Higher management is less transparent about roadmaps and less inclusive of lower management in decision making. New people find it difficult adopt to team's culture.

They are amazing people to work with. If you are an intern, you will learn new things about the product you have been assigned. It will be overwhelming at first, but TI provides excellent support for you to learn and grow. Texins is a great place to stress down. Overall, a good place to intern.

Dislikes

I was not part of a team, so I had to work alone under the guidance of a mentor. So a bit stressful, but overall, a great learning experience.
