    Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisal are vey low compare to other company and they give good salary and bonus every year and covid time give extra salary

    There is lot of politics and the superior problem

    ...Yearly salary hike is great and bonus for the employees and sweets gifts all are great The company taking care more on the employees so I love the company and I am learning alot on this team mates are supportive and a green environment with garden lawn and mainly the morning birds .... I am a computer engineer but I have learnt a lot on pharma industry and the building structure machinary exports and utility through The Madras Pharmaceutical .
