The only good thing about this org was their leave policy and permanent wfh policy. Now these are rolled back and the employees are forced to relocate to Bangalore. Most of the folks were hired by promising permanent wfh, but now they have to either relocate or quit.Read More

...Salary increments are not provided No care about employee wellness, though the marketing team floods social media with all their fancy posts. The leadership of this organization is a joke. One of the partner harasses the employees, abuses them and make them feel demotivated. Yet no action is taken against this person. When this issue was raised with the HR Team, their response was that they are helpless as this person is a partner and is close to the CoFos. They recently humiliated the IIM/ISB MBA campus recruits by revoking the offer after ghosting them, removing them from Whatsap group and ultimately they (The Math Company) ended up being backlisted by IIMs and ISB. No matter how u work and contribute. Everyone will have same salary. Roles like Lead ,associate is for name sake. Don't be amused if your lead you might be rating for someone who has more salary than you. Leads /manager they just talk wonderfully. But they don't care for your worklife balance. Don't be amused your manager might call you at 11 or 12 in night for help ,and sometimes they also make you to call to your peers (since they want to get safe and play safe). True colours come out once you put down your papers. They torture you like anything. Mathco as a company is good if you want to learn.Read More
