Prior to hiring they faikl to establish clear expectations and performance criteria, resulting in a lack of direction for new employees. During the probationary period, which should be a time for guidance and support, there is a noticable absence of managerial invoolvement. Furthermore, there is a prevalent issue of work overload, affecting not only the new hires but also the existing employees. In addition, there is a lack of training opportunities provided by the company. Considering these circumstances, I would not recommend joining ThinkBridge, especially if you hold a senior position. The organisation seems to exhibit a hire-and-fire culture, and there are indications of a toxic work environment.
