    Dislikes

    No promotion of third party role employee chipest salary. Discrimination between permanent employee and third party role. Burden of work pouring on third party employee. Totally monoploy of Onrole employees and tkii hiring most of third party outsourcing.

    Favoritism by Top leader's towards incapable persons. Management not considering salary pacakge corrections within same band eventhough both candidates are having same number of years of experience (e.g in my previous company I was earning 1 lk pm and having 20 yrs of exp. then if I joins thyssenkrupp in this case within department my CTC will be half of that person who is workung with tkii for last few yrs). Also your technical caliber will not get considered for salary packages improvements to match with employees within departments. No f2f exit interviews hence HR having poor backup data about Leaders in capabilities.

    The very best part of working in thyssenkrupp is its timely salary,which of course is of great importance for any employee.

    Dislikes

    There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.May be this thing varies from site to site.Salary is decent but career growth is slow for contractual employees & all person have same basic irrespective of their total salary i.e. whatever amount they are getting in hand had nothing to do with this.Everyone have been given fixed basic.
