Salary are too low even not matching the market standards. GETs salary perks are getting revised every year but not for the employees who are working hard for the company more than 3 years. Chance of job change also minimal as they have no poach agreement with other private companies of the CGD sector, they have made the CGD sector worse. Attitude of manager and above management is like they are the only kings and person upto executive level are in the company to serve them with free bies like gutkha and cigarettes. If you have some other offer in hand then please don't join torrent.Read More

The salary difference in GET and Executive who is working since 3 yrs is at max 4k only, even the yearly appraisal is less than inflation. Most of the employee are always searching for new opportunities. The organisation have done pact with most of the other CGD companies, so switching will be a big difficulty. No appriciation at all by the management no matter how much you hace done for the company, The highr management in Pune office is very rude and highly unprofessional with men & women both.
