Sometimes higher management take mono poly dicission like promotion, Transportion also poor, Relocation policies changes,So many plant situated far from city which is very difficult to continue their job at one place.During promotion Chances are given to Gujarat people.During increment Organisation more focused on manufacturing persons compare with Quality person.In my case I have completed 11.0 years without any promotion, when I was joining company take work from me from project stage to marketing I have dedicated my beautifull time towards company but they are not promoted to me, I have also get outstanding 2 times & 4 times very good. During starting of my job i am getting 4 times good So many seniors are changes (6 GM)for which it is very difficulty to justify my rights, Where as Production persons getting promoted maximum 6.0 years, Politics also going on within company.Fresher candidates and outsider candidates not getting their rights properly during increment.Read More
