...or here is extremely rude, and employees are treated poorly or looked down upon. In my previous company, I had a salary of 12 lakh, but I thought TRDP was a good factory and it was close to my home, so I accepted a 7.8 lakh package. But due to the bad work environment, I resigned within the first month itself. However, I stayed on because of CO sir’s request. If anyone truly cares about this factory, it’s only Mr. Santosh Joshi. No one else does. Thank you for taking my feedback. Today, I’m back at a 14.4 lakh package. I will consider returning if the management changes the behavior of top-level people. Thanks again.

...aving no cultural.Management treat employee like a animal.Job security is zero .First they will offer you a good salary package for hiring but after some time terminate you without any reason. Rules are not same for everyone. Management job hour's is 8 hour's duty but for staff member duty hour's is 12 hour's.My advice to everyone please don't join this company.

Atmosphere of the company is familiar. All the employee in the organization work as a team or family. Good things with the company is that 70 years old established brand name in the market. Their are huge markets of Quality products in India and abroad. Good trust worthy atmosphere.

... the organization is that .. They not given a single proof of employment like... Not given offer letter , Joining letter , salary sheet , salary given in cash , no PF , No mediclaim , No Insurance... Even all Not Given Leaves as per demand... And much more reasons of dislikes in HR policies. Due to this not take benefits of Government schemes.

I like everything, but only one problem that GM is not good.

GM is not a good person. His behavior is not same for all employee, his behavior is good only for his favourite employee, His is not good. He politics in his employee.

Open to innovation and readily adopt latest concepts and technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a group that manufacture and markets high quality products and has a client base in abroad also. I get to travel many states in north India. Another plus point is all employees work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day. There is no on-job training.
