    Company being managed by a few crooks who will go to any length to ensure their favorite people get better posts and hikes. Real workers are discarded as trash. Management takes decision on just hearsay without looking at facts.

    ... No benefits such as Bonus, incentives, cab services, team lunch or outing 4. Not even one project follows process, all projects and there project managers are most indisciplined, unskilled and unorganised 5. Most of the weekends they want to do work , while those work can easily be done during working day and working hours. Lots and lots of internal politics supported unskilled promoted employee don't work during working hours and then come online during non working hours and days and show management that they are the only one working. They will spend all there time roaming and this is known to management as high as director/VP office but still as i mentioned politics is what powers here. Please do not join in a place where there is no basic level of workplace ethics.

    Trianz retained me when I wanted to leave only to pay me without work for 8 months and then let me go .. as they didn’t had any work for me ever, after my 1st project.

    Dislikes

    The management doesn’t care about employee well-being. All they want is revenue generating resources irrespective of person’s skillset or interest.

    1. Company is inside a very good agricultural land and Vehicle noise free environment.

    1. One language people dominated company. 2. Promised Variable pay is never paid. 3. Appraisals are very poor. 4. Project Manager and team are all not Qualified. Any tester will become a Project Manger. PHP developer will Technical Lead for the Java Project. A .NET developer will go to client (foreign) locations as a Business Analyst for the Java Project.
