    Salary like bonus every year.good work and good incherages. And the environment is good

    The salary is so low for seniers. they will not give increment letter on time . And there is a lot of parchality.break timming is also less and the company timming are early morning

    According to me in this company some projects like DMB will not be usefull in our future no growth in communication skills...job security is less,work culture is good and management is ok no complaints. Coming to policies they maintain proper tyming every 1 yr increatment based on our work.

They treated their employees like slave worst behaviour . Those persons who are in higher post even those people are also behave like non official .

    salary hike is not good ..even tho they pay incentives so late for example after 1 year also they wont pay incentives....but no need to worry to pay salary every month
