On time salary, quick promotion,their is work life balance.

In area of salary hike increment the policy should be more flexible. As increment is a area of opportunities. And yearly increment policy needs to be changed as an employee joining in the month of January will have to wait for 1.5 yrs for his first increment which is very unfair so basically their should be 2 increment cycle or else the increment cycle should be as per joining date.

It was a pleasure working with ttec. Work environment was quite friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Increment and salary package is major concern, that's main reason people leave ttec though they love ttec a lot. Another is leave policy, sometimes difficult getting leaves when required, not aligned with HR policy.

There isn't anything to like post training phase or you may call honey moon phase

Work culture 0/10 TL's Biasness towards opposite gender employee -10/10 HR's Manager ( Bharat Reddy's) biasness towards giving increment towards new female employees 100% At first I was promised a package of 36000 rs however once I had booked my tickets for Ahmedabad this person called me up and told me this amount can't be issued and convinced me to join at a much lesser cost and trust me Ahmedabad is not a cheap city to survive. Where as he gave a hike to a female employee who was earning equal to me previously.

100% job security unless you are unable to reach targets for more than 3/4 months.

Dislikes

Salary is very less. Some of the Agents (same position) who joined with an experience of 1/2 years are getting more salary than the one who works in Ttec for more than 3/4 years.

Work life balance is fine and you can come do your job and go but they will try to take most out of you if you are performing good but without a hike or promotion.

Worked here for a long time and these are my honest reviews. They will make you work triple the pay. They won't pay but expect you to bring miracle out of your job. I had a really pathetic experience with the exit process. HC/HR team is simply worthless here in Ahmedabad and they need some good educated employees with good interpersonal skills. They won't share any details regarding exit or may be they don't know. Exit process was just pathetic. Some managers are really toxic and a monopoly runs in the company based on local employees. Also it may be that your senior or reporting head might know or have less skills than you but you have to listen to worthless ideas.
