Tuv policy all time different for different person, if you join permanent then it may good all policy applicable but you will join contract job then never followed any govt. Rules, whatever also not given single paid leave,

...proprietary organization, but here it's totally different what they have said. No Insurance for employees family members, salary will differ by every month( what they given in appointment order salary package will not reflect in your pay slip) This is not a good platform for grow parallely with organization, they(management) sucking the employees blood from the core and enjoying it. Not making good environment, no job security, company policy is to grow high without employees welfare.

...edback about you to TUV , then also TUV will not listen/consider those feedback. Will not increase your salary based on feedback. Tuv have their own rules. 3) increment is only 5 to 10 % yearly, regardless of your performance. For HO and South on roll person it's different. 4) if Client is not giving proper food, water, accommodation, still tuv will not pay attention on your worry. They will call or msg you only for client signed attendance. 5) if vehicle is provided by Tuv and your are at client site, suddenly and any time vehicle monthly payments/bill will be stopped/delayed and vehicle owner will ask money from you only and HO HR/finance/admin/coordinator will not receive vehicle owner phone . Then owner will threatened you. Client will shout on you for asking vehicles but tuv will not pay vehicle monthly bill. 6) you are lonely at client site, if client is good then it's good for you. Otherwise you will be trouble. 7)tuv will not give hr policy , leave policy, any details, your balance leave , your EL ,PL data. You will not get anything. 8) your monthly exp is any , will be cleared in 30 to 60 days after reaching hard copy(NO soft ) at HO.

Offered salary vs actual salary is totally different. Employee is forced to sign a contractual bond. If bond is not completed by the employee, company is deducting it from the salary. Also during notice period, 3months salary is on hold. They say Full and final settlement will be done on 45th day of last working day… however it may go upto 90 days at actual. I short the employee has no salary for 6months

Tuv is the one of the best Third party inspection company, Here we can utilise the work life balance very well.

... TUV is we can't learn any new things further. We have to do our work and leave. There will be no increments in our salary.
