...3- They have an KRA part in their salary which they give and manipulate according to their will, and if you resign they won't give that. Many employees filed cases against them but they don't bother. 4- They cuts salaries, In Corona also they have deducted salaries for no means. 5- No Promotions, They revise policies according to themself, Irrespective of whatever they offer you in letter. 6- HR and their HR Vp also not supporting. They also have the mentality of cutting down employees salaries. 7- No Benefits or bonuses. If anyone want to grow in his career than it's better to be away from that company.Read More
