👍👍👍Uflex Ltd is an international company, here I get to learn new things. Salary comes on time, promotion and increment happens on time, Uflex Ltd is a learning academy. The management staff here is very good, there is full support of seniors. There are many benefits which I cannot describe in my words, thank you.

Dislikes

Total discrimination as 5-day working for Sales, Technical Services, Senior Management and IT staff in manufacturing plants as well as entire corporate office headcount while all other departments have to work on all Saturdays. Moreover, GM and above people can come and go anytime but lower ranks have only 30 minutes grace period for the entire month and if late thereafter, half-day every day considered for rest of the payroll month. No Diwali bonus at all if you are a white-collar worker. Do you want more?

IT management team are too selfish. Nothing to learned. Salary structure is very bad. Food quality is bad. No free food in canteen and one dish 55 rupees. Payable bus rent.

Uflex is best company for learning as it is a big multi national organization, and such organization have complex huge data for which they are using ORACLE, which make you expert in handling such huge financial data and drafting MIS from them. I Learned a lot from Uflex about how to professionally work in Accounting & GST to draft the MIS to corporates.

Dislikes

Compensation & benefits are not equivalent to the work which I was performing. Since it operates 6 days a week and I was single handed handling 2 divisions of Uflex i.e. Uflex Converting Division Noida Domestic Sec-60 and Noida Domestic Additional Sec-10.

Only one, salary comes on time.

Dislikes

No perks and benefits except salary, no flexible timings, very rigit office timing, six days working, no break except lunch, cant go out of office premises for a single minute, no short leaves, can't go early except taking half day leave, unwanted salary deductions, no learning opportunities, no extra learnings.
