East MSME department's situation is very bad. It is becoming a loss making product. No growth found, No ground to learn . Don't join ujjivan in Kolkata or east as credit and sales. They don't believe on smart work , all the things being mannual till now. Don't have job security in MSME department. When you have to be moved another department, you didn't get awareness. They don't do any further discussion after that and they will transfer you to other department without any notice no job security found depends on low business.Read More
