Previously, this was a good employee centric company. Post it becoming UKG and coming under new management, it is now strictly customer centric which is also a good thing to become bigger in size. It's a product based company so compared to other service based, this is still much better. Learning and skill development can be forgotten here. Previously also and now also there is absolutely no focus on trainings. Recently in the past 5 months they have finally accepted cloud is the way forward and has pressed for everyone to get certified. This is my first training in last 9 years.
