Layoff policy. Company don't care about employees. They just hire during the season of business and once business done they layoff entire staff for next 06 months.Also they try to keep employees on third party rolls so that during layoffs that should not be in their count. Poorest culture in unacademy among all Ed-tech companies.

The salary, the work culture and learnings were great. Also, great leaders like Roman Saini, Jagnoor Singh, Vivek Sinha, Gaurav Munjal.

Dislikes

Recruitment of the upper management hasn't been good. Need to hire more capable hands who can be the leader and drive their teams.

Working hours are too long From morning 9AM till late night. No promotions. No salary hike. Poor incentive system. No growth. Week off given some time after continuing working for 12 days No proper management Just use employee as much as you can
