In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Salary on time. Good infrastructure.

Dislikes

Layoff policy. Company don't care about employees. They just hire during the season of business and once business done they layoff entire staff for next 06 months.Also they try to keep employees on third party rolls so that during layoffs that should not be in their count. Poorest culture in unacademy among all Ed-tech companies.

Despite fulfilling all my job responsibilities professionally, the company failed to pay my full salary as per the agreed terms. When I reached out to HR, they either ignored my messages or gave vague excuses, showing a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. A company that does not respect its employees' hard work and financial rights cannot be trusted. If you are considering working here, be prepared for payment delays and unresponsive HR. There are far better organizations that value integrity, fairness, and transparency.
