Work Culture is ok, not so strict. Creative ideas can come out while designing. rest nothing good. just one plus point and that is Holiday, whenever we want holiday we are getting it with the loss of salary cut for that day.

Dislikes

In this company Job security is not there.. There is no Bond or any proper procedures to join or leave company. Work culture here is good, all are friendly and supportive here.. No any work pressure to complete the task. If we we talk about policies than there are no such things exists for company, I did not get Appointment Letters nor i recived Joining letter. also there is no such bar of Salary increment here which is i think the main drawback of company. i am the oldest employee here and i have completed 3+ years here but just got 1 time increment that too not satisfied with it. so overall its good to work but not good for long term. Also in terms of holidays we have only 12 holidays which is not even carry forward mean in every month we have to take 1 leave else it will be waste. rest there are no any holidays excluding big festivals.
