They did not pay my settlement as well as my other friends. They give me my settlement after 7 months. Delhi HR Department is pathetic and don't know to work as a HR.

USV Company is very good than other company I am proud that I work in USV USV has 100% Job Security USV work culture is very good USV Management is also good but promotion and good increment is given to my loved ones only. Increment is the hard work of every person for the whole year, so increment should come only from HO FIXED (15-20%), company policy is also good. And the quality of food should be improved in the company and food is not good in the company.

When the company is paying me salary on time, it is my duty to be ready to work no matter what the company gives me I am doing in 4.5year.

Need to improve Package criteria specially senior Business Executive because 3 to 4 year experience Person have package as equal to more than 5 year experience person so please revised package for Senior BE also
