...They use fuel compensation as a leverage to get you to do what they want (they argue that you are not bringing sufficient business) and I'm a very dedicated person who never spoke ill of the bank but instead defended it promoted it in every respect for a year now

they force you to over commit, always ready to put blame, demean you, often in group. you won't leave the office if it were up to them. If you are a salesperson and seen in office, you get taunts. if you are not there and marketing at places, they say you were home asleep. I'm just shocked at the carrot stick game the new management has put on since the IPO. The supervisors demand money if you arrive later than 9:15 even when the told timing is 9, this is also prejudiced for some people and others are let go, they take it in vash to avoid being traced for possible HR complaints and put it on you, saying we are trying to help you make good habits. There is lots of politics and tyranny of supervisors. A person refused to provide their* vehicle, he doesn't works there anymore, his bag was hid by operations manager and the BM took remand of the guy for not confining to their demands. This is just the tip.. Save yourself the trouble and wastage of time for you won't learn real banking either here.
