Worst managers. Too much favouritism. Most of the managers are long term employees of the company and they don’t have any ethics or eligibility. They just do politics and they promote only their puppets. If you want to survive here you must have political skills or delivery managers blessings. You have to work more than 12 hours still you can’t guarantee your job or hikes

Nonetheless, the company can serve as a valuable platform for freshers to kickstart their careers and aspire for senior positions. Unfortunately, this may not hold true for existing senior employees, as their careers are susceptible to being undermined by both managers and higher management, resulting in a lack of promotions and salary growth. Lastly, if you excel in ingratiating yourself through flattering and pleasing managers and upper management, you might still thrive in the company even as a senior employee.
