... give details for a 5 min of break. Lastly, they do not pay even bare minimum. If i disclose my salary half of the applicants would withdraw from the applications. No incentives, increments or bonuses. No growth opportunitiesor IJPs. Appraisals are given for the sake of giving that to they will give any kind of nonsense explanations to just cut down on appraisals. PLEASE DO NOT come here if you are already working somewhere. Life is going to be extra pathetic. All the good reviews are given only by Management and their pets. People are still here since they HIGHLIGHT WORK FROM HOME, itherwise 80% of the employees would have left sooner. But better find somewhere where u can go to office., not here.

Medical Data Curation is nice job if you had a boss with genuine medical background. Someone who can understand MRI/CT Scan and diagnosis because every case is a new case with new scenario and Case complexity increase with every case. You can learn much from it only if you work in Quality/Technical and not in Operation (MDA)

Dislikes

...e (which you won't have as it needs 12hrs everyday to finish your daily Target). They will deduct your salary forcefully/without even informing or explaining.

Very easy work, once learnt properly. Flexibility with work. Targets given are very much manageable.

Dislikes

Little pay. Talkative people are preferred over talented people for promotions leading to a lot of confusion, ambiguity and making it hard for new joiners to understand the workflow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Carrier growth is not Same for all inspite of giving best.

Good opportunity for medical students who want to transition into healthcare corporate sector. Training is provided by the company. Supportive team leads and managers.

Dislikes

Low pay scale for the amount of work it demands, HR administration not upto the mark. Monotonous job. No skills to develop as such.
