Dislikes

Salary and Compensation are low. Small team therefore office politics is very prominent. No cab facilities. Special treatment to female employees by providing flexible working hours and compensation.

Company culture is good, there are many events and fun activities that are put on for the employees. Also perks like free gym membership.

HR is for namesake Senior mgmt has been there for ages and hardly any scope for growth st higher levels. No flexible timings Less coordination with overseas teams No transport even when there is a business need and team is asked to stay upto 8 PM. No food court Highly expensive food sold at pantry with less quantity. Weekend work with no guidelines and no compensation Un necessary indulgence in marathons etc No separate ladies wellness room. No mothers room. Overall congested office area with hardly any open space as a lounge or refreshment space. Senior management often seen engaged in fights on the floor. No gym In house training not good No soft skills for management leave alone employees Hr has no say in many matters, senior mgmt takes all decision No appreciation emails

Senior management are not fit for the given position as they don't listen the concern of junior employees and once the concern is raised by junior employee, senior manager start targetting till he or she resign.

Dislikes

There is no Job Security Infact working in the Human Resource department they doesn't communicate regarding the work updates and the management is not at all transparent. Too much politics in the EMEA TEAM. The senior advisor doesn't make the team members to grow and too much bossy and the appreciations(awards) are been hidden not being shared with the team members for their good and hard work, they just inform a day before that your last working day will be tomorrow and they also don't mention the reason for relieving. No growth and recognition. No work ethics. Worst company to work for.
