Worst company god save the people who joins this company I came to know recently one more scenario these people promised bonus to the new joiners but played mide games with bechare new buddies and even few of them have not receive their complete salary, hahaha 😂🤣😂 it's a wow company

...y - highly unprofessional conduct My experience with this company was very off. The founder personally called me for an interview, fixed my compensation, discussed my joining date, and even requested my financial documents. After all of this, the company and the Founder vanished in thin air, not responding to my follow-ups asking for the offer letter. When they finally picked up, they mentioned that we never said you're finalised as a candidate, which was baffling and so upsetting. To make matters worse, what I see is that they implemented the ideas that I pitched in my PPT during the hiring process. The HR process is null and void. The company works like a Grocery shop where they shop candidates and refuse suddenly.

They need to catch up on their 'Work Ethics', only then can it be a Best Place To Work.

1. Fun Friday's were funny 2. They celebrate all functions with love 3. That's it. Nothing else.

... too in a salary like 15K. 5. Unnecessary attitude in upper level management 6. Don't pay the FnF amount. Employees had to wait 3-4 months to get the FnF amount. 7. If we are doing WFH and the mouse or keyboard is not working then the employee will have to go to office and change it. And they send someone then that guy will order like - hey I'm here in this area, come and take your belongings. 8. It's just pathetic. Can't describe in words.

I didn't find anything positive about this company. My experience was disappointing across the board. I would not recommend considering this company for any employment opportunities."

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience working at this company. The management was extremely poor, consistently failing to provide salaries on time and even withholding portions of the salary. I strongly advise against considering employment with this company

Worst management, not providing leaves in emergency even your casual leaves and specially they known for salary holding and can terminate you anytime and charge you training charges worth 15000 , but one should pay training charges if he/she leaves company by own before probation period but they unlawfully deduct 15000 from full n final settlement
