Good & friendly best working culture and woman friendly environment. -> Reliance and croma paying less salaries than vijaysales but less unattractive incentive structure. ->They don't do unnecessary meetings. Meetings are useless. Sometimes those meetings don't give proper solutions. ->Previous leave policy is good.
