    Pay and policies are good

    Dislikes

    Due to hiring freeze a lot of off timing meetings happen late night and early morning. Hybrid wfh 3 days a week. need to and maintain 50% of attendance mandatory. No respect for personal or family time, anyone can reach out yo you anytime. Managers are supportive but not much changes can bring due multiple reorgs and too many sr managers in decision making

    There is opportunity for growth and they do take care in terms of salary, bonus and insurance

    Everything is good but they can easily decide to lay off even the oldest staff in the name of hiring fresh talent, which is very sad. They are ready to hire new talent at double the cost but not interested in retaining experienced staff

    ...Compensation for NCGs: Although the base pay is pretty decent, the CTC lacks an important component that normally forms a differentiator for the best students at universities (especially in India) - Stock benefits, and specifically - Restricted Stock Units. Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Adobe, Salesforce, and many other companies compensate their employees with RSUs. To attract the best talent in India, Visa needs to consider giving more stock options to freshers!
