Job security, lay off happened recently Too much boundaries of roles, you will hardly get appreciated if you do something beyond your role. It may even go into escalation against you.

Good Starting salary Job Security because they are always short-staffed Good for folks coming from service based companies but poor for folks coming from product based compannies.

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor Quality of work is poor. 95% of projects have maintenance & migration work hence no learning. Designation is misleading. Post 2022 the quality of workforce hired is from service based companies even at high levels thus bringing with them service based company culture. Increments & promotions doesn't depend on work. VISA before 2023 & after 2023 is totally different.

Nothing to like about, this is a company which is in its reverse gear in India after real time payment. Mumbai office is worst, very toxic culture, people are fake and jealous of each other. Never join this company at junior and middle management levels

Dislikes

...t lower folks, 12-18 months is the time u be here and they dont care if u leave. People joining from Banks, dont fall for the salary, work profile is going to be worst and nowhere close to what u have done in Banks. Overall culture is very toxic, janta loves if u fail, as they want to see everyone fail so that mediocrity prevails. Growth is a big issue, even if u manage to perform, managers will have their favourites and performers are sidelined, naturally performers will be disappointed and leave. Please dont join if you have multiple offers, visa should be the last to consider, no decisioning power at lower and middle levels.

Due to hiring freeze a lot of off timing meetings happen late night and early morning. Hybrid wfh 3 days a week. need to and maintain 50% of attendance mandatory. No respect for personal or family time, anyone can reach out yo you anytime. Managers are supportive but not much changes can bring due multiple reorgs and too many sr managers in decision making

Bonus Compensations are good and they provide other facilities like free cab and good food to their employees

Dislikes

Company work life balance is pathetic they have very old legacy system you will not get any hands on experience to work on new technologies
