I joined this company with a new hope in my life,when i joined 1st day was doubt full, at my 3rd day lots of machine put up in office room make my head ache,i wasn't comfortable at all, suddenly a senior came and asked me to go and come tomorrow, till then I am calling my HR but he didn't pick up my call at all. They should understand that person is coming from far away for this, and working only for 3daysis not justified.

Likes

I enjoyed working in Viva, learned so much while being a part of the sales team, the only thing that I think the company lacks behind is the employee satisfaction. They aren't supportive in these hard times and don't really care if their employees have a job or not.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but the company don't value the work of their employees, all they care about their targets be it by hooks or crooks, the company's hygiene standards are not up to the mark, even in this hard times, they laid off most of their employees.
