    So many thinks to learn for freshers. Sometime manager supports you. Sometime will take a appreciation of work.

    Dislikes

    It will totally distract your work life balance. No growth opportunities no salary hike. Management is not good. Supports only for footlickers. No holidays on any single festival expect holi.

    Working time fix and doing work as per KRA.

    Dislikes

    Salary slap not match as per designation.(i.e-If Engineer 1k then sr.engineer also 1k.same salary). Annual bonus not fix, Annual Appraisal not defined,HR department management part not strong, So many guideline/documents so all employees get confusion.Old employees not value and they have stuck many things impact on personal life.
