Only Good thing is that one can expect salary before month end.


Nepotism. Even Process head Reasons for above rating is because of company reporting manager in taxation. Also there is no ways or mechanism to understand the feedback by employee about their managers. Even during appraisal time, company HR rare cares about employee working except reporting managers coz honestly they don’t have whether reporting managers are complied by company rules or not. Even it is clearly understandable that if from any particular process like tax if employee is leaving in every two months or every two employee leaves throughout the month every month . You can understand what the issues are in the company .

TL and Managers are not cooperative than life becomes hel. They will creat atmosphere that will directly or indirect impect/hit on month salary and finally upraisal so no benifits nothing. Experiencing this I feel its not recommended as good working culture.. and not satisfied. This happen from last couple of months and so many people started changing there jobs.
