    Growth options are available and is good enough for all categories of employee's. Job security is definitely there even though being a Private limited company. Internal politics is everywhere but level of the same is normal compare to my previous experiences. Overall and employee friendly company.

    Managers are idiots who do not know what to do and how to help their teammates. They only want to save their own jobs. They do not have any work culture. They rotational shifts would suck the happiness out of your life. The tools they use, are super slow but the company is not ready to admit it.

    Nothing to like as such.

    Dislikes

    Less pay than market. Lot of internal politics. No opportunity to grow. Most of the project are of support and maintenance only. Senior peoples don't have any ambition to grow or let grow the juniors. Leadership needs lot of improvement. Need to have genuine technically knowledgeable people to be appointed on senior posts. Currently most of the senior folks lacks the maturity and knowledge as well. Don't join this org, specifically team of Rakesh and Rehan. Very immature and politics oriented people. They don't have any technical knowledge at all and professionalism is way out of the picture.

    Salary is deployed punctually. Work culture is good. Seniors and managers are honest about the role you're put in.

    Dislikes

    Rotational shifts are implemented which cause disruption in work-life balance. Tools are outdated. Not a good company to start as a fresher because of niche learning. Development roles are difficult to obtain.
