    It's just the brand name that attracts people. Working in GTP PSC which is a purchase associate/analyst is the worst mistake someone could do.

    Dislikes

    Very less salary. Even for 5yrs experience,people get 4-5L. Support job and treat as slaves. No respect in support team. No career growth and people in Volvo disrespect PSC team

    A flat organization with a possibility to grow in the areas you want to grow. The compensation is good but can be improved. The team mates are supportive and help out.

    Dislikes

    Not much, just that compensation can be improved further. Food can be free or at a better price cafeteria :)

    For the accountant postition 0-1 Yr Exp.you get package of - 1.80 L to 2.50, But the yearly hike and bonus nver been missed, The organisation has good policy since its a captive company, But due to Some of people from BPO sector has come and made the life and work worst - The company is awsome but management is not much appreciable... Volvo is awsome...

    The management is not good.. BPO culture has been implemented here due to which the quality of work is nt much good

    There is a lot of politics and favoritism. Management style in India is very bad. Traditional way of doing and old school though process and old mind set. No young leaders in management. Lack of vision and future by Volvo India. Deny opportunity for young leaders to grow in the company
